Who we are SABB Takaful Company
The Company is a Saudi Joint Stock Company authorised by Royal Decree no.M/60 dated 9 October 2006 and operates under Commercial Registration 1010234032 dated 6 June 2007. SABB Takaful Company is incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a fully paid-up capital of a SAR 340 million. It is an associate company of SABB and HSBC, with 32.5% owned by SABB, 32.5% owned by subsidiaries of the HSBC Group and the balance owned by the public by way of an Initial Public Offering, The Company is listed in The Tadawul.
SABB

Network channels, through a network of over 70 branches throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including 12 exclusive Ladies’ branches and SABB’s well-trained direct sales team.
